4) Payment & possible deposit

In most cases, payment is possible after the service (card / transfer / cash). A deposit may be requested during high-demand periods or for multi-day bookings when we reserve the vehicle and chauffeur specifically for you.

What is the minimum booking time?

The minimum depends on route geography:

Nice city only — a 2–3 hours option may be possible (upon availability).
Any route outside Nice (Cannes, Antibes, Monaco, Menton, etc.) — minimum is 4 hours.

This is due to travel time and logistics: short hires are possible only when the vehicle and chauffeur remain working within Nice.

Is time counted while we’re at a restaurant / beach / meeting?

Yes. Service time is counted from pick-up until the end of hire — whether you are driving or the chauffeur is waiting. If you plan a long pause, tell us in advance — we’ll suggest the best setup.

Can we add stops or change the plan during the day?

Yes. “At disposal” service is designed for multiple stops and changes during the day. We agree a rough schedule beforehand to stay within safe working time limits.

What’s included in the price?

Included: vehicle, professional VTC chauffeur, pick-up and сопровождение. For most city scenarios, tolls and parking are usually included; for special or longer routes, we confirm conditions in the quote.

When is a deposit required?

On normal dates, payment is often possible after the service (card / transfer / cash). A deposit may be requested:

for peak dates and major events (high demand);
for multi-day hire when we reserve the vehicle and chauffeur for your schedule;
for complex logistics (multiple vehicles / very long day / early or late hours) — by agreement.

Deposit amount is always written in the confirmation (typically 30–50%, depending on date and duration).

What are your cancellation rules?

Cancellation terms are always included in your written confirmation. Typically:

48+ hours before — full refund may be possible;
24–48 hours — partial удержание may apply;
less than 24 hours — the deposit is usually non-refundable.

If you prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, we can often offer a flexible solution depending on season and availability.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, on request. Please share children’s age/height/weight — we’ll prepare the right seats/boosters and install them correctly.

Which vehicle should I choose for 6–7 passengers and luggage?

A van is best. If luggage is very large, two vehicles can be safer and more comfortable. Tell us how many suitcases and whether you have a stroller — we’ll advise.

Can you combine airport pick-up with hourly hire?

Yes. We can meet you at Nice Airport and continue on hourly hire or a full-day package. If you only need a fixed route, it’s usually better to book a transfer.

How do I book and how early should I reserve?
