    • Group 1 (approx. 1–4 years / ~9–18 kg): child seat with 5-point harness (often ISOFIX).
    • Group 2/3 (approx. 4–12 years / ~15–36 kg): booster / high-back booster with correct belt positioning.

    Just tell us each child’s height and weight (age is helpful too) when booking. We’ll install the right seats before pickup.

    Do I need a child seat for my child?
    Yes. Child restraints are required and essential for safety. Please share your child’s age, height and weight so we can prepare the right seat or booster. If safe transport is not possible, the driver must refuse the ride.
    Can I hold my child on my lap?
    No. This is unsafe and not permitted. Every child must be secured in an appropriate child seat or booster with the seat belt positioned correctly.
    Can a child sit in the front seat?
    Children are normally seated in the rear. Front-seat placement is only possible under strict conditions (e.g., airbag disabled, correct installation, no safer alternative). For regular transfers, children ride in the back.
    Do you choose the seat by age or by height/weight?
    The main criteria are height and weight (age is a helpful guide). We provide infant seats (Group 0+), child seats with harness (Group 1) and boosters/high-back boosters (Group 2/3).
    How many child seats can you provide?
    Typically up to three seats/boosters in one minivan, depending on the seating configuration and number of adults.

    If the appropriate seat is not available, the transfer cannot go ahead for safety and compliance reasons. Please always include children and their details when booking.
    Can we use our own seat? Do you have ISOFIX?
    Yes. You may use your own seat. Our minivans have ISOFIX on selected seats and three-point seat belts throughout. The driver can help you install it properly.
    How do you keep seats clean and safe?
    Seats are checked and cleaned regularly. We use certified models with straps, buckles and attachments in excellent condition.
    My child gets car sick — can you help?
    We drive smoothly, can make short stops on request, choose a suitable seat position and adjust temperature/ventilation. Please let us know in advance.
    When should I share my child’s details?
    When booking: age (approx.), but most importantly height and weight, plus any request for rear-facing installation. This allows us to prepare the car before pickup.
    Who is responsible for compliance?
    We follow local rules (France, Monaco and cross-border trips). The driver may refuse the ride if child seating is unsafe or non-compliant.
    Can you install a rear-facing seat?
    Yes, if the seat model and vehicle position allow it. Please request this in advance so we can prepare the correct placement (and disable the airbag if needed).
