Payment & cancellation
- In most cases: no deposit required — payment at the end of the service. Please inform us as early as possible in case of ship delay or schedule change.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card (on-board terminal), secure online payment link (SumUp or equivalent), PayPal.
- Cancellation policy (unless otherwise stated in the quote): more than 24 hours before pick-up — no cancellation fees (excluding non-refundable expenses). Less than 24 hours — up to 100% of the service may be charged.
- No-show or cancellation after driver departure: full service amount may be charged.
