Distance, travel time & route
The transfer between Nice Airport (NCE) and Èze is around 15 km. Typical travel time is 25–35 minutes, depending on traffic.
We choose the fastest route, but on request we can take the Lower or Middle Corniche so you can enjoy panoramic views over Villefranche-sur-Mer and Cap-Ferrat.

Panoramic hike + a half-day trip with a driver
The Nietzsche Path connects Èze-sur-Mer to the hilltop Èze Village. It’s short but steep, with beautiful Mediterranean views — a great addition to a half-day excursion.
Scenic but demanding
- Uphill: ~1h to 1h30 (depending on pace)
- Downhill: ~45–60 minutes
- Uneven ground; can be slippery in hot or humid weather
Tips
- Closed, non-slip shoes are recommended
- Bring enough water, especially in summer
- Hat and sunscreen are useful
Half-day with a driver
We can organise a comfortable half-day itinerary:
- Pick-up in Nice (or another Riviera town)
- Photo stop on the Corniche (Villefranche-sur-Mer, Èze pass, etc.)
- Drop-off at Èze-sur-Mer or Èze Village (your choice)

After the hike, having a vehicle available lets you refresh and continue comfortably — no parking stress, no public transport constraints.
For this format, we recommend car hire with driver for about 4–5 hours.
